One of the funniest things I have seen in a long while.
I am standing on the main road waiting for the company bus to come. A tempo with a driver and a young ‘cleaner’ come and park beside me. The driver gets down, says something to the ‘cleaner’ in Malayalam and vanishes somewhere. The ‘cleaner’ primps and preens as he spots me and another gal who has joined me. Then he decides that he should do something additional to impress. So he gets behind the wheel and reverses the tempo. He loses control and perhaps in panic keeps his legs on the accelerator. The tempo reverses in a wide arc in top speed mowing down some motorcycles, a culvert, a hoarding and still in top speed reverses into a house smashing the gate. All in a matter of a few seconds.
I collapse laughing.
What a way to start a Friday!!!!
Life is good!!
Damages: A few thousand rupees.
The look on the ‘cleaner's’ face: Priceless!!

silverine, another variant of the harmless romeo type, eh ?
the kili romeo??
LOL
what a way to start ur friday.... truly priceless
Cupid needs practice!
Hmm...There is something about Silverine, eh?
Sigh! So much pressure! There is so much pressure on us males. An average guy gets 5 seconds to impress a female well enough to allow the propagation of the species.
Some people just smile, others mow down motorcycles and house gates!
poor chap. wrong place,wrong time.
life is good huh :)) keep on eating men like air :)
hehe
Romeo on Auto-Pilot, stepping up the tempo?
Thanks for the comment guys...this was just an example of foolhardiness and over confidence...nothing to do with how the gals looked like :)
sillverine , after reading ur second post only , came to know to know that the driver was indeed seeing u .
Ur second post was beautiful , reminded me my 10th standard .
""another attempt... and the cupid misses again... and you still are single...""
silverine.., soon the "choosen one" will strike!!!
:)
Thoughts...
1)Oh, my lord (sarcastically)
2)Ayyo!
3)Hope no one was hurt.

P.S. I admit to feeling a little pity for the poor foolish cleaner. I hope his idiocy doesn't have strong consequences, employment-wise.
haha... may be the guy decided, "main shahrukh banna chahta hoon" and tried to pull off one of his monkey acts... :P
our world is full of such priceless things :D
Quite a site uh!! poor chap!!
I am enjoying reading your posts
u naughty naughty girl..! poor poor kili..
:))
Priceless, indeed.
Poor guy, he never knew a little bit of show off will cost him so dear ...
Either your looks are too good or the driver is too foolish..:) I think it'll be the latter case probably :)
Too many Romeos around you. ;)
i guess he was just doing his job..cleaning up the place!
hee hee..so funny..
glad you were not caught in the cleanup act!
haha so funny! :) A real life "Didi's Comedy Show" eh? :)
Lol!!..my sympathies for the poor chap..ah.it sure should be a great way to start a day..!!..
So guys what did we learn today..??
"Dont ever try to reverse your car when silverine is around!!" :)
Ayyyooo pavam payyans :-))))
i saw this post last morning and would hv been 3rd to comment, had it not been for this beta version (its awfully slow on my comp dunno why) oh no wot a way to start my friday :(
but look at me! here i am! and as usual, a funny post :D
she causes disasters
and then she laughs at poor guys.
or maybe the guy was not wearing glasses, so he got syched at seeing u :P. so what is true ?
if only u had taken a snap of the face of the killi and posted it.
Hmm . Poor guy , you should have asked him " How are you ?" in Malayalam after teh accident. It seems that few of the last posts are directed at Poor Indian Romeos . Let poor guys n Banagalore survive yaar! :)
"Damages: A few thousand rupees.
The look on the ‘cleaner's’ face: Priceless!!"
:)
Broadband connection: A few hundred rupees
Silverine's blog: Priceless!!

lol...reminded me of an incident wen a class-mate of mine in college saw me at the bus-stop on the way and while waving hi..and saying good mornin banged right into a pole on the way...needless to say..it was an "OUCH" moment..neither of us ever mentioned it again! :O
So does the 'dhamaka' in the title refer to silverine and her friend or the accident itself ;)?
one thing that scares me while driving is the sight of a beautiful gal on the road...i just cant let her go until she fades away from the rear view mirror too...thankfully nothing untoward has happened so far...touchwood!
Maybe everybody is missing the point !!
What if the driver had asked him to reverse the tempo ?
first time here n i cant help laughing. pity the cleaner though.
=ammu=
And for everything else there's MASTERCARD
poor kili...reminds me of a time when I jammed the accelerator thinking it was the brake and knocked down assorted stuff like our car shed and the neighbours bike...
some wimmen do this to innocent men on a friday morning! ;-)
haha :D
what did the driver tell the kili?
Ok, now I get what you meant by "harmful" types in Cupid's arrow post ;)
lolz...gud way to start a day indeed :P
hmm..may be the the cleaner was so scared seeing u tht he just wanted to run away from that place ;-) ..
anyways , its nice to be optimistic that assume tht the cleaner was trying to impress u .
too many 'mistaaks' in my comment ..but am giving u a chance to get even with me :-)
I hope you girls have taken full responsibility and flashed your mastercards for the damage that you inspired.
Creativity afterall has many ways of expressing itself!
