My Boss almost died today after getting a near fatal shock! He is alright now and declared out of danger. Thank God for the visiting Doctor who was in the building at the same time. It is funny how momentary and fleeting are the moments we call life. He is such a nice boss and a gentleman to boot. You are the best Mr. MK
Footnote: Mr. M. K wasn’t electrocuted or anything like that. Just that he saw a certain Silverine at her desk at the stroke of 9:30 am today.

ROFL! for a moment, i thought ur boss went ticket for a moment there. so sad ya. i have gone to my office early once. i know that expression from the boss. but i want to go to appice to see somethin serious happen to my boss. i cant go late also since i get a cab home. cant afford to miss that else i would have to travel about 30 odd kms which i m not really looking forward to. gone case it is.

so yeah one day.. I wake up @ 7 by mistake, and get my ass to work by 8, then he almost died...
and, all my colleagues, fainted... eventually that day was declared a holiday...
What u did was absolute wrong and rude... how could u do that to ur own boss???

apparently mr.mk survived after seeing a certain blogspot page open on miss.silverine's comp, instead of any work page. that actually jolted back his heart to life. his physician also advised him to go to work after 9:30am henceforth, just as a precaution, even if he doesnt stop smoking or eating oily food. concerned employees also sent in suggestions like "keep silverine at office atleast till after 8pm", "send her beer every night"..

MK, when asked about the near fatal incident, said "people make mistakes in their youth"
Silverine. you better not give him too many shocks because one day he may really keel over, and that will be sad being he is such a nice boss.

During my previous job that lasted 37 months, I once went to my office at the stroke of the hour and my boss was overwhelmed with happiness... He said that he would die peacefully now that he had seen me come on time... But his happiness didnot last long as I sent out my resignation letter with a short fall of 10 days in my notice period ;-) ..

ReplyDeletewhile i was working part-time at univ i had to reach work one day at 9:00am...woke up at 2pm and casuaqlly strolled in at 4:00 and all my boss said was, "Good you came, even if ur late plz try to make it in here, ur not coming wud be a bigger disaster".
i wondered for a second if he was mocking me or said it in all seriousness...later he got so used to my absence he let me work from india while i was on vacation!!!
